Wow, that one is for the serious collector indeed.

I've found another listing of another rare watch myself:

I don´t like this line:

"CASE, DIAL AND MOVEMENT ARE SIGNED (* the dial seems to be refinished )"

Not at that price.

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.

Wow, Jerome... sure glad I did not bid on the old Moonphase Calendar Rolex as I want the 2007 Platinum Diamond MasterPiece Rolex that you found on ebay. Now I just hope that you don't out bid me! ;~) Cheers, Bill P.

No worries Bill, you wont be outbid by me on that watch. Its a beautiful watch in every way but its just not for me.

I was never really fond of watches with gemstones of any kind on the bracelet. I'd probably get all worried about the diamonds possibly falling out, getting scratched or something. And that watch probably has over 200 cts of diamonds in all.

I think the moon phase is a better looking watch no matter what the price. I love those old dials.

In that series I would lean more towards PATEK. Nice watch though.
