Wing walker, pilot die in crash at Ohio air show

It's always sad to hear when a member of the aviation community goes west--doubly so in this case.

Happened at an airshow here too not long ago. Seems like a risky business.

It's playing with death basically.

Horrible nonetheless. RIP.

Happened here in Oz about 20 years ago the daughter of one of my golf mates, was the wing walker. I must admit and I know this will bring hate from the aviation enthusiasts, but there seems to be a lot of crashes at airshows and unlike modern car racing there is no fences to protect people, I am stunned these type of demonstrations still continue in the modern world.

You're not alone. I've often had similar thoughts.
Now, when there is a loss of human life, it seems senseless.
May they R.I.P.
