Rolex Explorer I (one) Owner's Club!
Since I've been unable to detect an already existing one, I've decided to start a club on the forum for those of us with Explorer I's.
If you want to join, reply to this thread saying so and I'll periodically update the Member List as this thread and the club (hopefully) grows. (The year your Explorer was manufactured isn't important, just as long as it is an Explorer is the only thing that matters! This club is not for Explorer II's, Explorer I owners only please!) Attached is a small signature logo you can use in your own signature in order to show your allegiance; but obviously this is optional and not a requirement to join... although it would be cool if members did use it as I think it would give the club a much better sense of presence. So let's get things rolling! |

I think the best thing would be for me to just say if any Explorer owners like the little signature graphic I made, then please by all means feel free to use it. |

Count me in. The Explorer wasn't my first choice Rolex but once I bought one it quickly became my favourite piece, it's a fabulous watch.

Love mine more every day. It's really a near perfect watch at a pretty reasonable price. I could see though why a gigantic guy might not care for it though or someone who absolutely must have a date .

Just picked this up. Nothing in the new one worth waiting for imo. In fact I think I prefer this "transition" model. My Deepsea Blue is not happy but I can hardly tell I am wearing a watch with the weight/size difference. Having said that, the blue is a keeper as is the explorer.
