This if real and i would need to see it in the flesh and closely examine such a rare watch to be sure is pretty rare and fairly valuable. Rolex made watches for them in the beginning.

Could not get any faker. Rolex made Panerai movements many decades ago. So should be vintage. That is clearly not the case. Stay away!
