Can someone tell me the difference between 25940OK.OO.D002CA.01 and 25940OK.OO.D002CA.02. Is there a price difference on the pre-owned market?

The latest RG RC has a darker glossier grey dial and gold subdial rings and logo. Preowned price of the earlier matte grey dial is generally less as there are older models.
