I have to side with the Omega, although neither could resist a funky sweep second hand. Besides, the Seamaster has really solid specs.

Wonder if the black and yellow second hand on the Omega has some significance with respect to magnetism.

mimic the black and yellow of "Radioactive Danger" signeage, and, perhaps echo the stripes on the tall chimmney one sees at some Nuclear power stations. Last edited by Speedbird-1; 11 December 2013 at 07:50 PM.. Reason: Grammar |

Which do you prefer? How do you think about the AT in general? I want to pick up a blue one when and if they put that anti-magnetic movement in it

Mil=1000 gauss. I think the lighting bulb hand on the Rolex MILGAUSS is beautiful and unique, Also mine is the GV so its special to me because of the green crystal. its a very very cool watch, Its Dressy but can be causal. As for Omega its a very cool movement, it's a first time ground breaking thats never been done by any other manufactor and that is why it also a very special time piece. and as for the second hand i must say it adds a flavor. I would think omega <15000 Gauss will probably be a collectable one day in future but we can only dream. |
