BLNR growing interest

I didn't understand why a lot of people were all of a sudden interested in my BLNR.

And then I saw this huge billboard next to my house..

The more attainable Rolex at the moment, yes I agree.
But I think there is more hype/excitement around the platinum Daytona.

So the bit of blue paint that I don't particularly like makes it the best?

I think pound for pound the GMTIIc black is the Rolex to have.
It's a GMT
Looks like a Sub
Has a green hand
Dresses up
Nice
Matches with everything

I find it obsolete, a compromise until they invented 2 color ceramic to make a proper GMT bezel.

That's why my first Rolex didn't just look like a sub, it was a sub. :D

Just wait until they have the red/blue (pepsi) bezel.

Very nice watch and certainly flavour of the moment....but I wonder if it will lose some - not all - of its appeal if Rolex release "Pepsi'' or"Coke'' versions?
