Incoming...

Hi everyone,

It's almost a week now, but as I have to work over the Christmasperiod, I didn't had time to post and share my brand new watch with you on here.
So this is what I've got myself just before Christmas. Some of you who know me, knew I was looking at the DSSD for a long time. My AD had another one in just before Christmas and I pulled the trigger. And glad I did !
What an handsome watch it is. I have been drooling over the really nice photographs you guys posted in the DSSD owners thread. But live it's even better! And that's it now on my own wrist tops everything

And yes I do know....photographs or it didn't happen
I'm not so good in taking pics, so be easy on me.

Excellent! Wear it well!
I've remember your comments in other threads for a while now about your affection for the DSSD.

Hey Geert, mega congrats. I know you've been waiting for one a while now and here it is. Looks great. Enjoy it in health.
I like the LV too, it's my next watch.

Thanks Rashid, I am affraid that the photos of your DSSD didn't help me I just had to get one myself
I still love my original LV too (the HULK is nice but I still prefer mine) and as I have told in one of the forums' thread, the Daytona was a gift from my godfather a couple of months before he died (53 years old) so I am emotionally attached to that one! 3 stayers I am affraid

Maybe I can't get an AP now for my 40st birthday next year will have to do some saving again first... but slowly...I'll get there

Geert, please accept my congratulations on this marvel of a Rolex. It's big. It's brash. It's bold. It can dive deeper than most. Best of all it looks fantastic on your wrist.
