Question about the "auto-lock" pamphlet.

I asked this question on another site we all visit but no one responded.
Hopefully it's a valid question.

I noticed that the "auto-lock" how it works pamphlet is marked, "Rolex Watch USA Inc., printed in USA c 1981. Would I be correct in assuming that this item only accompanied watches sold in the USA?

I believe that would be correct. Rolex USA does not export outside the "American" market.

Larry nailed it. Also, notice on some of the older owner's manuals some read ENG and some read USA. I've seen this on many of the GMT manuals.

I'll need to do more research when looking for paper accessories. I'll need to be certain that a set is actually missing an item before I but it.

For watches sold outside of the USA would they originally included calenders & cigarette cards? Or did it depend on the region?

It's about the revolving bezel and locking it into position.
