Do you this dial on 1601/1603

I am new in Rolex World. Came from Panerai.
I discovered a dark grey dial for 1601/1603 around early 70's. It is not same "index" as usual.
Does anyone know anything about it? Real or Fake?

I hesitate long time between 1601 and 1603 but definitively I love the gold bezel which is incredible. Lighting is totally different between both bezel same dial.
