Where would you go next, white or black Daytona?

Alright guys so I have a new 114060 Sub and love it, I have to opportunity to trade a watch I just got with some cash for a White 2007 or Black 2006 Daytona.

Both would be the same deal, what would you do? Pretty much same shape and the white includes papers and the black doesn't.

White. It gives you a light colored watch, and a dark one.

Black, when I was trying on both last week before I decided on YG, it was black all the way. I love it because from far away you can see the zones better than on the white dial.

I'd go white on this one, but ONLY because of the box and the papers.
All things being equal (box, papers, condition, service history) I would definitely choose the black one.

What's the service history on those watches? They are pushing 7-8 years now.

To my eyes the black was very difficult to read, you need to see them on your wrist.

I prefer white.

It a funny thing...I notice that in Europe it appears black faced Daytona's etc are more popular and in US seems white are.

I have no issues reading the time on my black faced Daytona....I always prefer having papers with any watch purchase. So I guess I'm conflicted. LoL

Good luck

Haha sorry guys, don't want an all our brawl. And yes sorry I know this has been done so many times. It honestly has come down to a flip of the coin and I think as of right now the black one is winning out. I will make up my mind by nights end, but then again it could change tomorrow morning

The problems we have sometime

No two ways about it!!!
White is newer and has box and papers
Black is older and has no box and papers.

What's there to possibly think about...???

Thus is the best debate ever.

And shows the diversity in opinions.

OP. Flip a coin. You win.

Congrats. I personally love the Daytona. The case size, bezel and sll dial options are winners.

Haha Seth I have been flipping a coin all day, right now black is winning out, and black does have boxes and booklets, just no papers.

White, I'd never buy a watch with no papers bc it will really hurt it's value at trade time.
