My duo...

Greetings TRF,

I really took a lot of pictures yesterday and had to delete quite a few as they didn't come out nicely. Here's the last one I decided to keep and share with you, that's what I would call one of my watch duo's.

This one is dedicated to Ken (Steelerfan65) and his incredible Jumbo/Nautilus pair. Mine aren't good collectibles, are much smaller and beaten up but hey, they do make me just as happy!

Thank you for watching, feel free to comment.

I really enjoy your low-light, no-flash photography, Carl which always create a nice ambience. And that's a classy and splendid duo.

Thank you Phong, I realized that this setting on my camera allowed me to take pictures in different angles without seeing too many reflections in the watches' crystals. I don't always manage to avoid them all but it gives me more chances of succeeding.

For the record, this one had a tad lighter setting than other pictures I've taken, I tried with various tones and this one came out nicer than the others.

Nice picture and cool pieces.
That UN is interesting. Very Art Deco. I really like those numerals.

Dang Carl. If the watchmaking thing doesn't work out, you should give photography a try.

Thank you very much all!

Mike, I'm far from being a decent photographer. If there's one I really like I'll share it on the forum but I think I'm better off with watchmaking...at least I hope...

Sebastian, that watch has been beaten up quite a lot in its life but I'm glad I could find it. It's a small one but sits very well on a wrist and I really like it.
