I would love to see The George Washington University win a few since I went to grad school there. Seeded 9th and have had a good year. I also root for Gonzaga as well and if I have to pull for a top seed I am pulling for Virginia.

Oh and don't forget to fill out your bracket. Perfect bracket gets you a billion dollars! Odds are not in your favor but fun to play anyways and its free.

9,223,372,036,854,775,808 to 1 that's more than 9 quintillion to 1, of course I have that "ONE"

Yep exactly why they are willing to put up a billion dollars. Virtually impossible!

If it makes you feel any better, those odds are assuming that every game is a 50/50 toss up. When you factor in that a #1 seed has never lost in the first round, 2 seeds win 96% of the first round, and so forth, your odds improve to...1 in 128 billion.

Also, the best 20 brackets win $100,000 each.

The contest is limited to 15 million entries, so with 20 first prizes you have no worse than a 1 in 750,000 chance to win a huge amount of money!

If I can't win big money, I'm rooting for the underdog.

so what you are saying is I have a 1 in 128 billion chance or 1 in 750,000? and if I have a 1 seed loosing in the second round then I'm screwed? Oh well, cest' la vie

That maybe true about the 1 seed's but it's a very small sample size, no? Things do happen

Agreed. You never know, and statistically, every game is a 50/50 chance.

You have a 1 in 128 Billion chance of the perfect bracket when you take seedings into consideration.

You have a 1 in 750,000 chance of walking away with some cash.

Lived in Tucson for ten years and was there when they one. Quite a celebratory atmosphere there for that. Not so when they lose.

I'm 7 for 7 so far. The UCONN-St. Joes. game looks like it should be good. I haven't quite got my shopping list for when I'm a billionaire.

I actually picked Harvard. Harvard is a really good team and have had good teams for a few years now. Dayton did me in though.

There have been a ton of upsets. Are there any perfect brackets left? I can't believe Duke got tossed.

He has Oregon beating AZ, I think this is where he falls, but then again what do I know, I lost 5 games on the first day
