Perhaps they may have if it is indeed a manufacturing defect and it was within the warranty period.
Hard to tell what they are from the photo but it looks like it was banged into something..

The cyclops is just stuck on to the crystal surface could be many things like the glue slightly lifting, myself would not worry about it as without high magnification its hard to see.

Went to get the watch checked from an ex rolex technician.... apparently the glue inside started to give way and thus need to heat it up and re-paste for $70. CHange of the whole sapphire glass would cost abt 250..

Well I did state that in my post either forget about it or pay to have cyclops re-glued.Or wait till normal routine service time then you will not incur extra labour charge as they have to strip watch down to service it.
