Is the Hulk still rare?

I just had an AD tell me the Hulk is as hard to get as a SS Daytona. Is that true?

It's not rare. It's in production. Just ask any of the many reputable sellers here.

Just a sale tactic ur AD is using to make you want it even more. My AD pulled the same xxxx on me. Little did he know i had the cash in my back pocket and had already made up my mind. When i started to bargain with him thats when he pulled the Rare card. Yhey make me laugh. Now that i know they have a 62% profit margin on every watch it's gonna be a whole other ball game for my next watch. I was under the impression they only made like 35% on a watch. Not a bad racket. heh heh heh

I noticed of late some of us are getting a little loose with the language. Keep in mind this forum can be read by all ages and members that really don't care for inapproiate language.

I get complaints all the time.

You actually have it backwards. They have a 38% gross profit margin before expenses. Factor in the expenses of running a business and that 38% begins to shrink. But you should still bargain with them anyway :).

No and they never were rare like all other modern Rolex no such thing as rare! Some more plentiful than others but none rare by any means.

I had no problem picking one up about a year or so ago. Selling tactic the AD is using to try to get you to buy.

Neither area rare, I think the SS Daytona may be a tad harder to find depends where you live!

The conversation went the way it did after I asked if they have any fresh ones in the back. I have my eye on it but I wouldn't mind getting one that hasn't been handled. Personal preference I suppose. She told me it was the only one and said they're lucky to have it because it's as rare as the SS Daytona. We'll see what happens when I finally put my money where my mouth is.

She's right. It's as "rare" as the SS Daytona.

In other words...it's NOT rare at all.

I would agree. In my experience it is probably on a similar scale of rarity as a SS Daytona, maybe slightly less so.

Every time I talk with sales folks about watches, it is always rare. It is quite comical to listen to them talk with other customers about the rarity of the watches as well.

The thing is, most readers of this forum will have zero issues procuring any watch. Just ask a trusted seller and something will come up...
