Awesome accuracy...

Just purchased my new Sub-C on April 3. For the first week or two, it gained about 3 to 4 seconds per day. However in the past week, I only adjusted the time once, and that was around Tuesday of last week. I checked the time on Sunday and was shocked find the watch had only gained one second during the previous five days.

That is good enough for me.

You'll find that the accuracy varies with position of the watch when off your wrist (flat = fast, on edge = slow).

That's helpful. I always put mine flat. But I'm not that anal about accuracy, I'm more bothered by scratches.

I've bought five new Rolex watches in the past few months, and they're all plus or minus 1-3 seconds per day. I think it's amazing that mechanical watches can be that accurate. The Sub that I bought in 1985 was not that accurate. So based on my experience, Rolex does continue to improve their movements.
