Dumb/ OCD question about the link screws

I'm not very good with tools, but I decided to give adjusting the band on my Tudor a shot. I did not do too well and managed to partially strip some of the screws. I've attached pics of the damage.

So aesthetically this doesn't bother me at all, the damage is hardly visible when the watch is on my wrist. I'm wondering though if having screws in this condition poses any risk to the "structural integrity" of the watch? My biggest concern is if because the screws are already partially stripped, if this makes them more at risk for further stripping/damage over the course of wearing that might make removing them later impossible.

Here are the pics of the damage, not great, hopefully they are visible:

As long as the threads are not stripped, and the screws are seated nice and tight, preferably with Locktite, there is no 'structural' damage.....only aesthetically, to the eye.

Using the correct size tool, and with a little finesse, this problem is avoided.
