Should I change AD (because it can't be my responsibility)>>>>>
My AD says that Rolex does not wind the watches on the factory and they will be delivered without any power reserve
and it is the owner himself who must ensure that the watch is started up the first time. I hope this is not true, that will never happen with a Omega.

They do this now to show that the watch is new = zero miles.

If the watch has been wound and the hands are moving, it is obviously pre-owned or a display model and cannot be classed as NIB. An unwound watch is your way of being sure it is new.

Sadly that's true, but my suggestion is keep trying. If you buy enough new Rolexes, eventually you might get one that's wound from the factory! hahahah!

Sounds like tourneau. I didn't realize they had chains in Sweden.
