New Pop up store in Brussels !!

Belgium, Brussels

This is THE new pop up store in the center of Brussels, Boterstraat 24 - 26 or rue the beurre for the French

De Greef 1848 is already a long time a Panerai AD, I believe since 15 years or so so right from the start.
Besides Panerai they also have Patek Philippe, Lange and several other TOP brands.

But since this week they opened this wonderfull pop up store next to their first shop.

A MUST see!
Great place, wonderfull watches and probably the most friendly and best informed staff you could ever imagine

So I just visited this pop up and made these pictures

nice so far ....
But now some watches

I only took the most special, those you won't see every day :-)

to start, and those are really to die for
those AMAZING Minerva based chronographs

white gold

Red gold

and platinum

3 times the same movement and this is how it looks

how about the new left handed titanium diver ....

the pocket watch

So if you are close to Bussels ... consider visiting this shop !

Beautiful store indeed!
I always have a look at their window.
But having been a customer there on two occasions, a word of advice:
Avoid at all costs!
If I have to buy another watch like JLC, PP, IWC or another of their brands I'l do the extra mileage to NOT go to that store.
Years ago they were also AD for Omega and I came in to order a 750 € titanium bracelet for Speedmaster X-33. They almost laughed in my face, while talking to each other about the Swatch-bracelet I just ordered. (Omega being part of the Swatch Group - like Breguet or Blancpain I might add.)
On another occasion I requested to replace a strap on a JLC Master Compressor GMT and the Store owner proceeded to start working on it with the spring bar tool, while standing up and without using a loupe. Result: a deep gouge in the case. Unacceptable!
When talking to other WIS from Belgium many will confirm with comparable anecdotes.
It's really a pity, because they have a great selection of brands and they're quite good with their PR and media initiatives. (Hence the popup store)
But they definitely lost me as a customer. Plenty other dealerships where they don't take people for idiots.
