Rolex 6062 moon dial triple date opinions?

A friend just came across this watch and is thinking of buying it.
I told him that he needed to be very careful about these ones because of all the fakes. He said that it does have a re-painted dial, but is there anything else that could be wrong with it?
Thanks in advance

Definitely a watch you simply can't "come across". Too easy to get burned.

Thanks for the info
As i was looking into it I found that the same exact watch was on ebay last year and it sold for $5100?!

Yes something is not right!!!

http://www.ebay.com/itm/ROLEX-MOONPH...-/271214894799

I did see a lot of people looked at the post but not many answered so I guess there is not a lot of info on one like this.
This is the second one I have looked into.
Same thing but the last one sold for $18000 on ebay.

But I still could not tell %100 if one was real or fake.
I did see the hands did not look right and the writing on the movement
But to much to know .

I told my friend about what I found

so Thanks again money saved is money earned

Here is some info that I have found, if this is indeed the same watch that was on ebay it has a serial #715553
The known sales examples cluster in five general serial number ranges where the case number is given: s#690028-047, s#788617-652, s# 911058-140, s#916286-621, and the most frequently between s#942501-682, this example from the fourth range.

Close to the right era, but does not fall in the known serial #'s.
Have seen a website were they will convert time only to moonphase watch for Rolex or Patek.
So, I would be extremely cautious.

It looks like the case has been sanded down as well. I have only seen polished cases from Rolex from this time period.
