Dial Depression?
After a week of owning my first Rolex I noticed where the hands are inserted through the dial there is a very slight uniform depression in the dial. Whether there should or should not be, it does not bother me, in fact adds a level of 3 dimensionality to the dial. It's only noticed if looking closely with lighting at a certain angle. Just curious if this is standard? I'm traveling else I would try to get a picture.

Are you talking about the hole for the cannon pin? If so, my GMT had this as well

Sometimes, if you don't treat them right and keep them clean, they can become depressed..
It's normal, don't worry about it..
