Moved to the appropriate sub-forum for questions such as this.
The dial and bezel and certainly aftermarket, as for the rest of the watch, well you simply can't see enough of it to tell...... I'd suspect that it is genuine under all that unnecessary 'jazz', but with that pic alone, one can't be sure!

I don't know how someone could wear that watch. Like it's one thing to bling it out a bit, but that's a little to far into the rough for me. Idk whether it's genuine. I can tell you it definitely didn't come that way from production
