Rolex Cellini

Most of us here have been gossiping and playing whisper down the lane on the possible changes in the Professional (tool watch) line......but has anyone any thoughts on Rolex focusing more on their Cellini line? For example, take a look at the model below.......absolutely stunning IMHO! I know it's not a PP, but who else would like to see some advancements here?

i'm with you on that one. i'm a big fan of the prince watches but it seems like it's just not their forte.

seems like rolex has trouble getting traction with cellini because the brand is so strongly associated with the metal sport and dress watches. i never see a prince show up on the used market.

Now that's the RIGHT Prince!

Not this pityful modern Prince that Rolex makes now.

Actually, I like the modern Prince, but for a tank watch in that price range, would much prefer a JLC Reverso.

I think classic manual wind dress watches are sure to make a comeback someday. I think the Cellini is a great looking watch. I've only ever seen one Prince model being sold used on the net. I know the sports/automatic models are the bread and butter but I hope Rolex will keep the Cellini for years to come

Gorgeous watch. I am starting to like the retro manual winding watches. Vary retro and nostalgic... sure to make a comeback!! :-)

Well,I love Cellini models.I even got one vintage Tudor that is very similar to some models produced today trough Cellini line.
But I still prefer Oyster case...
