Forgot the wear your watch...

This is my the first time I am posting a thread, and maybe it might be discussed before, but I was wondering what do you guys feel if you forget to wear your watch to work (or go out)?

Apparently, I was in such a rush this morning, I have a pair of empty wrist, and I am feel like to go back home at lunch to pick up a watch to wear... Just interested to know what you guys feel if you run into my situation?

Funny, I actually forgot to wear mine today because my alarm clock did not ring because my phone was not charging.....

I'd go to closest AD and remedy that right now.

Well, I did that once when I was at a trip to Sydney last year, and got my IWC.

This.

Tucked away in my office are usually a couple Seikos and G-shock. I don't wear my expensive stuff at work... That's how I scratched my crystal and ceramic GMTIIC in one fatal swoop.

When I get off work it's the first thing I put on once I get home.

No idea

Recently moved to jakarta for 3 years, haven't had a watch on my wrist for over 9 weeks now as they are either still coming or in Singapore getting services. GODKNOWSWHATTIMEITIS.

Good idea, I should leave some inexpensive quartz watches in my draws at work.

It really is a great and satisfying alternative. The SBBN015 is next to hit the work drawer.

Seiko is the KING and filling this void. Great thought-out designs from $100 to $4000 in terms of quartz and worth every dime in all respects.

Happened to me before, it's not a nice feeling to say the least. Now going back to get it is too much for me and I won't go out of my way to wear my watch. I enjoy wearing my watches, and I love some of them, but at the end of the day my watches are accessories in this modern age. There are many other ways for me to know the time.

Normally notice if I do leave my house without my watch just outside the door. Notice I am missing something at that point.

I'm trying to think if I have ever forgotten.. maybe 2 or 3 times and I do not like it at ALL. I would constantly look at my bear wrist as if my watch might suddenly appear. Sadly it doesn't. It hasn't happened in a long time though.

doesn't really happen, if the watch is in rotation it'll always be in a pile with my wallet/keys/phone

I have forgot my wallet, phone keys and even my glasses but never my watch, I usually take at least a couple minutes most mornings deciding which watch to wear.
