Summer Job at AD

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if it is possible to get a summer job at an AD. Are they just looking for long term employees?

Also, is there a minimum age requirement? (I'm 18 - almost 19)

Thanks!

For a job like that (and I'm not saying it's possible), they would do a very thorough background check.

He doesn't have much of a background to check let's see I started toilet training at 2 years old and accelerated at little league soccer at 5 years old good luck and stop smoking the trees

Most AD's are looking for long-term employees, and commissionable sales people. That said, if I were you, it wouldn't hurt to send in an interest letter (with resume) discussing why you would like to work there, and state some knowledge you have about the brand, jewelry in general and the industry. They MAY consider you for miscelaneous work, but if so and you impress them with your knowledge, who knows?

You probably can since it's just sales. But don't expect a discount on a Rolex. Most places require 1 year's worth of employment for a discount.

If you don't try you can't succeed. Good luck and don't give up with your job search.

Give it a shot.

Dress up in a suit, and take your Resume in and talk to the manager. I find it ALWAYS helps if you make that personal connection with the person who will be hiring you. Explain why you are interested and what knowledge/experience you have

Good luck

Give it a shot. My AD doesn't do commissions. The sales guys don't care who sells what as long as the store keeps on selling.
