Just wanted to share these pictures on my recent experience at the Rolex Service Center on Fifth Avenue, Manhattan, New York City.

A wonderful experience!!! Highly recommended! Professional, Courteous, and Customer Service Oriented!!!

Yes you can go downstairs and a buy as many watches as you like from either boutique wempe or tourneau, but at RSC they only offer friendly service, some Lindt chocolates, a green pouch and a cleaning cloth. Usually a few watches and adverts on display.
