Guacamole (avocado, tomato, onion, serrano and cilantro)...queso fundido on red tortillas and...yes! salsa that was just made on top!

It is chiles en Nogada season! Take chiles, stuffed with meat, add nogada (pecan) sauce and pomegranate...the flavors just explode in your mouth!!!!

Thank you for the comment, I do believe in respect for smokers and non smokers. Cigar smokers have to respect non smoking areas, and non smokers also respect smoking sections; we all can have a great time!
