Great pics Jocke, I felt like I was there

Few comments...it's hard to believe that a company like rolex who "strives for perfection" could put watches covered in dust out for display

I agree with you on the DDII...the wide bezel looks

Nice Jocke.....we should arrange to get more people to attend next year. We'll all meet at your place and rent a bus with a designated driver

Thanks for the tour Jocke!!!! I really enjoyed and I hope one day I can go myself!!!
Loved the Glashutes! I think this year we saw more brains applied to watches from brands other than our long lived Rolexes! pitty!

Thanks for the photos and the commentary. It was worth the wait...

Like Steve I could not believe how dusty those watches were!

Seeing the new SDD as you have photographed it, I agree it's too big and loud. In fact most of the Rolexes there are too loud, including the "Fisher price" ceramic Sub.

Thanks once again!

Thanks for the rather exquisite pictorial of Basel 2008 Jocke.

One thing that struck me almost more than the watches was how clean the streets looked in the village pic's you took right before you left for home.

Great pics. Did you get any from the other haute brands (PP, AP, VC, etc.)?

Thanks for sharing your trip with us all. Looks like it was fun even though "our brand" disappointed.

Being in NYC, I'll have to go down to Canal Street to check out the Basel stuff there.
