I have a friend visiting NY this Christmas , he offered to pick me ups 116719 GMT , Could anyone advise where he would buy one and discounts and is there such thing as out of state tax rebates / discounts

In the UK they list at £25,600 minus around 15% at present

Could we save any money Thank you as always
