Ultrasonic Cleaner Mixes/Potions?

Does anyone have a good mix for the "bracelet bath" that is more effective than a dash of dish soap?
I've always been a soft toothbrush and dish soap man, but having picked up a small ultrasonic cleaner I'm intrigued to see if can really get to those hard to reach places.
My first post and addicted to this forum with all the great advice, honest reviews and tech info.

I use a mild soap solution at 70-80c

Don't let any parts touch the inside of the tank especially the base.

I suspend parts in a plastic basket supported only by the rim of the tank.

Hey Eddie,
Just wondering why to not let any part touch the tank? Thank you.
Aloha from Kauai,
Tom

I believe he was referring to not have the movement/watch head be exposed to the ultrasonic bath because it may damage the movement due to such high frequency vibrations (especially if you have a serti-dial, which can also loosen the diamonds).

Most people generally just remove the bracelet and place that in the ultrasonic cleaner.

I just throw in some dish soap and hot water. Seems to be working pretty well
