3 INCOMING bonus rolex watches

I had 3 of my top producers at work hit and exceed the magic number in sales for a new rolex. The first company I ever worked for did this and I kept the tradition alive for my own. I just picked these beauties up from DavidSW and am very excited to present them in a few days to the guys. Its a special feeling to get a rolex but also a special feeling to give one too. Congrats to them !!!!

kudos on keeping the tradition going!
don't we all love this kind of tradition?
hopefully, with these, they'll stay with your company and continue to be excellent contributors..

As one member asked if they would flip it for quick cash, I think it's up to the receiver to do as he wishes for something that belongs to him.

again, excellent gesture!

Wow. That is a great gift for them. I'm sure they will appreciate it as much as you appreciate their hard work. Congrats to them and to you as well for having such a great team.

very cool but how do you know who gets what watch? random or you did some recon first?

I gave one to each of my junior partners and kinda guessed what each one would like

Nice Tom, I figured something this expensive should sing to them. They all know Im a rolex fanatic and I kept the rolex catalog in my office and I would constantly feel them out for which ones they liked when we were in the office BSing, within reason of costs. I kinda of guessed too but I figured the one guy who wanted the yacht master would have been a polar EXP 2 because orange hand and the "tool" watch appeal, but his favorite color is blue hence the Blue dial.

One day we were at a bar in the mall where the AD was and I had them go in with me and try on what they like and these were their choices. It worked out too because the watches value matched the order of who sold more. There was always a hint if they hit certain numbers then a rolex would be rewarded but they have no idea getting in a couple days.

That is truly awesome. Good on you for recognizing their hard work. Is it going to be a surprise, or do they know that they are getting the watches? Did they pick the references themselves?

Its not a bonus set in stone and its sorta a surprise but Im certain 2 of them know a rolex could be in their future just not when and I did feel them out for what references they liked ...They do not know they are getting in a couple days

Maybe you could take a pic of each as they open the box. Sometimes giving a great gift is better than getting one...sometimes.

That is very cool, especially the personal touch.

I won a GMT Master while working for AT&T Microelectronics way back when.

I was thrilled to get it, of course, but it wouldn't have been my first choice; in fact, I ended up giving it to my father...
