A safe within a safe
So I've been looking for a combo safe that has a hidden compartment on the inside of it. I was thinking of a trap door inside the safe that opens up to a small box to hide all of my electronics. i have been researching for a few days but all I can find are diversion safes that aren't quite what I had in mind. Please post links for safes that match the description but I need it to be within
$500-$1000 usd. |

Welcome to the forum....
See if you can find a used copy of "How to Hide Almost Anything" by David Krotz. You may want to use your big safe as a "decoy" and hide the good stuff in a place the burglars can't find. Most robberies last only 10 minutes or so; if it takes longer than that, they run the risk of getting caught... It's not a safe you need, it's a place the bad guys can't find in the first place....

A hidden part of a safe ? I agree with the above sentiment. A good hidden safe and then an obvious safe with fake valuables would be best.
Otherwise a safe deposit box trumps that and a proper insurance policy trumps that but costs more. |
