Looking for your opinion on this red sub
...that I am considering to purchase
https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/-X...2015-01-27.jpg Sorry, no serial # yet. Seller has informed the watch is from -73. Will try to get verification on serial. Seller does not have movement pics and will not go to watchmaker to open up unless watch does not sell. See any problems with the watch? JT |

From my unprofessional viewpoint, it looks like a very nice Mk VI. The bracelet code seems to say "A"; approx. 1976.

Correct crystal (top hat), bracelet (folded link), insert (fat font), and MK 6 dial.
Crown looks like the correct 24-702 (3 dots close to the coronet). Nice watch if the price is right.

no expert at all, but a red sub has been my new itch. This is gorgeous to me, how much can a similar example like this cost?
