It must be fake because it says it's a Datejust but I see the day on the dial also.

Other than that I would have never guessed it was a fake. Man you have to be careful these days to pick up on the really good ones.

what are those bumps on the bezel and dial...

reminds me of a "doctored" pic i saw of that lady who supposedly went to the amazon and came back with larvae worms living off her breast.
