I want a Hulk!

I'm sure a lot of us do!

I have been on the wagon for a while with only 1 Rolex, a beautiful white 16520 Daytona which was a gift from my parents. I recently pulled the trigger on both a 116710 BLNR and a 116600 SDc. I am very happy with both but I need to get a 116610 LV. I have postponed buying one because I think it is too comon. At least 3 of my friends whom I see often have one. Ironically, that is also the reason I cannot seem to let it go!

I cannot afford buying it over my current collection plus I think it's an overkill. If I had to sell either the SDc or BLNR to get one, which one should I sell? I understand I have to make this decision and keep the one I like most but I'm curious as to what would you do? 2 divers and a Daytona or a diver, a GMT and a Daytona.

Please vote!

Um... don't know why we switched threads but I will re-reply:

Do it! I would drop the BLNR, but that's just me. I know many will disagree!

Um, NO!

Btw - this is my exact rolex collection

116520
Blnr
Hulk
Sdc

Perfect......actually an itch has me rethinking and as of yet, can't pick one of these to sell. I think that means I'm in a good spot.

You're probably not going to like this, but my suggestion is to stick with what you've got. Add the LVc down the road when you have the funds.

You have a phenomenal collection as it stands. Enjoy it and save up for the next.

This is the best idea. If you had all three of these, the Hulk would have to go.

The prospect of this happening makes me sad. I think you're blinded by the green siren.

Take a giant step back and don't rush this one. Sit on it and revisit this decision after you've saved a bit of coin. I think you are holding 1 and 1A.

I second that. As soon as you sell you will have second thoughts. Save for the LVc

For me, the Daytona covers the "shiny" sports watch niche very well, so, I would flip the BLNR towards the more varied (and killer) trio of Daytona - SDc - LVc.

You collection is quite complete, no need to move anything.

OTOH the 16610LV is a different story, much rarer and far prettier!

I gave up my LVC for the BLNR when it first came out, as much as I liked the Blnr I missed the hulk more and flipped back for the LVC....

I would not buy a LV if three of my friends already have one.
I would go for a bluesy or a YM blue dial

Voted to get rid of the 116600 and get the 116610 LV.

The reason why I suggested this is that you already have two black dial watches and if you cannot add the 116610 LV to your collection, then get rid of the 116600, then you do not have two diving watches. You will also have some diversity in colour. A white dial, black dial and green dial. On a personal note, I think the BLNR and LV make a killer combination. Arguably the best SS combination currently available from Rolex.
