1500 series watch
I am told the Rolex I have is a 1500 and made approx 1968. I do have the serial # that is stamped on the outside of the case. How can I find the details of my watch using that serial ?

The number at the beginning of the serial number will give you an approximate range of the year it was produced.

Sounds like you already have all the information that a serial number can possibly provide, the approximate date made.
