TT vs full gold sub

If money was not a problem and only in terms of looks which one would you buy
16613 TT blue sub
or
16618 solid gold blue sub?

I would go for the all YG Sub - do they do a Blue dial and face, or is it green? Either way, it would be great.

I suspect that some of the stainless crew will disagree here, though!

TT Blue, all day long

Solid gold is for gypsies and pimps, and black dials are for girly-men

solid gold for me if money would be no issue...

I voted for the TT Sub but would go for the black version instead of the blue.

If I was gonna have an all YG watch I would prefer it to be a dressy watch like the Day Date rather than the Submariner. The YG Sub is very nice but its too fancy of a look for a sports model watch IMO. So I'd rather prefer the TT Sub or the SS Sub.

Was it to personally buy or to receive for free? Man, there is a big difference on the value.
As much as I love the TT, I'll take the solid 18k, as long as I don't have to sell my car to do it.

Can't vote for either. I am not into blue for watch faces.

Just got my TT Blue Sub, is really so beautiful. Always found the all gold band to be a bit too much, kind of trying too hard. Too each his own... My .02 cents.

I would buy the 18K, and then sell it to buy another TT (black dial) Sub, which will compliment my blue TT Sub. I like the TT's better. The 18K gold version is stunning, in my opinion, but perhaps a bit too much for a sports watch.

I voted for neither of them.

To me, a Rolex watch should be in good old stainless steel only!

Ooops.......I voted before I read the full question...

If money was no object....it would have to be full gold........

.....of course it would be the all gold GMTIIc black dial!....but a sub would do nicely!

Just picked up a TT Blue from my AD tonight. It's a really beautiful watch. May be one of the most stunning I have ever seen. I'd go with this one.

Congrats. Some pics would be more than welcome. Why not start up a new thread with a whole load of glorious pics of that stunning watch?
