Interested in Home Renovations? My Latest Project...Pic Heavy

Hello all,

I'm a fringe user of the site, bought and sold a few watches on here, and normally check the open discussion, for sale section and the main forum. I just finished up my latest project, I'm a Real Estate Investor in Toronto, Canada and I thought I would share some pictures from my latest project, you can see more of my work on my website, www.kenparkindesign.com

Enjoy!

Looks great!

Is there really that much space is or is there a lens affect in place on the camera?

Like the natural wood outside. Inside is too modern for my taste.

Love the dropped ceilings and cornicing. Is the kitchen counter corian? The carrara brickwork splash backs are a nice touch too! I did the same in a vault that i turned into a utility room once, house was in London so it gave the effect of a underground station sort of lol. I usually go with the same style taps and shower heads too, although i do usually like to use flat plate chrome switches and sockets, but all depends on the location and overall style of house. And nice touch with the wine cooler!

Thanks everyone, The counters are Quartz, the floors are 7 1/4 plank white oak hardwood, they are a matte finish and wire brushed. The camera is a wide lens but each room is well appointed and very spacious. It was a 5 month renovation and labor of love and with each flip I hate to see them go as they become a mini child of mine for half a year.

Thanks again for all the nice compliments, very much appreciated!

Cheers,

Ken

Hello all

Diamondjack, besides some compensation for light there are no effects.

Thanks Judy, appreciate it.

In terms of details the list is very long, some notable details are,

Any tile floor I install in homes is always heated, everyone hates a cold tile floor.

The lighting through the home is automated, you can turn on/off and dim every light in the home with a smart phone, tablet or computer from anywhere in the world.

The thermostat and smoke/carbon monoxide detectors are nest - they are also controlled by a smartphone. The exterior locks are also controlled by a smartphone as well.

The bones of the home where solid, but my team and I redesigned the home to make sure every space was functional, usable and more transitional/modern.

Cheers,

Ken
