If I stopped hammering you, then you know our friendship would be troubled.

Use your (very limited) imagination About the picture of my desk: I'm like that, I don't know about the other cloggers. In our house, not a single cable can be seen, all are hidden. One exeption is my new Cable/VOIP modem and wireless router, I still have to build a neat enclosure for them

In contrast to our anal retentive Dutchman, here's what a real workspace should look like.

Is this the TRF forum? I'm Anne, Frans's wife. Frans has been taken to a mental hospital after seeing this picture. Before he was put into a straightjacket he smashed his desk. Hope he recovers soon, although the doctors say it is very serious, they looked worried. I'll post the address soon, parhaps you can send him a card???

This is more like what a work space should look like

Good thing I didn't have a wider angle lens or you would have seen boxes of documents, more piles of paper.....
A clean desk is a sign of a sick mind.

No, it’s a sign of iron discipline! Famous ‘clean-deskers’ were: Bruce Lee, Caesar, Hannibal, Sir Winston Churchill, Erasmus, Einstein and the inventor of the paperclip

Uh, no offense, paul, but you spreading out is not a visual I'd like to have.
