I have a couple of older ladies Rolex's. One is a 69173 from the late 80's and another that is ref 6517 from 1969 and both have writing on the case back.
The lack of crispness could be from years of polishing. |

Looks like a 6917 model... the writing on the back happens on some Ladies models but not others... it's normal
