ModernSwiss in ebay
I know I have to stay away and be careful dealing in ebay but with a limited budget I am partially considering it.
The seller has been selling a lot of watches with custom dials and replaced crystal which are disclosed in the listing, however, this one that I'm interested in doesn't. I have sent him several questions on being all parts authentic but he wants to speak over the phone to answer this question. Wanted to see what your opinions before I do. http://www.ebay.com/itm/171539558792...ht_6616wt_1549 One thing I'm cautious about is that he doesn't seem to have any feedback outside of ebay and this: "The watch will be serviced by my Rolex factory trained watchmaker prior to shipment. He worked at the Rolex Beverly Hills Service Center for a bit over 12 years and has an extraordinary amount of experience. A 1 year warranty will be included on the movement." Seems like authentication process happed prior to listing but has not been serviced. I wonder what would happen if they find out that it is not fit for sale, thus misinterpreting the sale description. Thoughts? |
