Is this 6694 all original?
Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if a Rolex 6694 (Oysterdate Precision) from 1984 is all original. In particular I doubt on two points: - Hands with no tritium. Have the hands been replaced or did Rolex produced such hands for the 6694 ? - The dial has the designation "swiss made". I think that this designation did not exist in 1984, and the good one was "t swiss t" at this time. I think that "t swiss t" was used even when there was no tritium on the dial, right? If you see any other relevant detail please tell me. Thanks for your help! |

Its an aftermarket dial, hands could be original, but are probably aftermarket. Lumeless hands do exist from rolex, but unlikely the case this time

Dial and hands are aftermarket, IMO. Band could be newer too, it looks to be in good shape. I would make sure its original as well.

X2 I meant to say this too, i'd check the clasp markings just to ensure it's real. If they'll use a fake dial, wouldn't put a fake bracelet past them
