How long does it usually take to get the watch for a 5 yr maintenance service? Would things go faster if I go to RSC myself and pick it up from them?

2 weeks minimum, 6 weeks maximum, depending on what needs doing.

Always better to drop off and pick up personally. That way you can hear from the horse's mouth what needs doing.
