For me, when it comes to JLC, it's the Reverso line that gets my blood pumping (especially the 1931 tributes). Among these three, I would go with #3, as the PR, 3 blue hands and date presentation stand out for me.

Number 2. I was considering the MUT for my first JLC and liked the Moon 39, too. However, I found myself slowly being drawn to the iconic JLC Reverso TT1931, that I eventually bought.

My sentiments as well. And, of course, there's nothing that says Jaeger Le Coultre like a Reverso. Pardon me while I show off my new Duo.

Probably, 1, 2, 3. I'm a sucker for a moonphase, so either 1 or 2 would be great, and the classic full calendar has a nice vintage touch.

#2. Also, try on a Reverso (my pick is the Tribute to 1931).
