question about winder

I just got a winder for my new daytona.
It has the option to have it wind clockwise and counter clockwise

which one should i set it on?

Just make sure you switch it around every once in awhile so your watch doesn't get dizzy .

I thought Rolex was counter-clockwise.....not true?
