1967 5512 Meters First Sub - Opinions?

I'd love your expert opinions on this 5512 - seems like it's in good condition, seller says the hands, bezel, etc are likely all original.

Price has been just lowered to a point that seems very fair. Is this a good purchase or could I get a better 5513 for this price?

do the hands look like they were color matched to the dial?
Ask him if the dial and hands glow briefly after exposed to light...I bet the hands don't but the dial does.
