Welcome to TRF, Craig!
I believe you have to buy a FULL box set to get the cardboard box part of it. There are various sources to get the boxes from, for instance the qualityme site. But try out your AD first. He might have a cardboard box.

Hi Craig,
Wecome to the forum. I can only speak for the Aussies. The answer over here would be a big no. You would have no chance of getting a replacement box cover from our AD's or Rolex Australia. Best bet would be to try the Forum 'for sale section' on this Forum or Ebay. If you read the sales rules you will find all the info or you can wait to be advised of the 15 posts etc.

Lose the box, lose the green sticker, the air is cleared, and now there is nothing but you and your watch. I actually sold my boxes long ago. Just like the vikings, these babies have no going back. I think my wife threw away the papers too.....

Got a new box.........................
Well took earlier advice and went and asked local AD about new pale green cardboard box, since i've bought two rolex watches from him over the last few years he sorted one out for me. Got a new box so everythings as new as when it left the shop and didn't charge me anything.....
