Anyone going to buy the Apple Watch??

I just bought a 116613 and also may order the Apple Watch, but then the dilemma becomes: Which one to wear?

Wear both!

Not gonna buy, 18h of battery life, not feeling it.

I wait for watch companies to make a rubber band that 1) will fit my Rolex and 2) will work like a Jawbone or something, but 3) look like Rubber B strap. Monblanc effort is in right direction, but looks still a bit ugly.

IMHO we're still a few years away until the "smart watch" has any really breakthrough function that we must have... if it ever comes to that...

I am curious to see want of eels like on the wrist and if it compliments my iPhone. I can't imagine not having a mechanical on my wrist though.

Me and my wife are just going to see a real one at an Apple store after dinner but we're not buying.

I'm probably going to get one for golfing purposes. Being able to check my distances on the course while being able to see who is calling/emailing, and if I should pick up, would be great.

Nope. I hear Rolex is to introduce their smart watch at Baselworld 2016, so I'm holding out.

Not interested, and I don't think the apple watch is anything revolutionary compared with what's already on the market.

I'm getting one as an exercise monitor but not as a watch.

An expensive piece of technology that will be obsolete within moments of opening the box it came in. Sign me up (sarcasm)...

As a firm believer in the theory that exercise is hazardous to one's health, I see no reason to get one.

No on Apple watch nor any electronic watch for that matter. In fact, I specifically told my family and friends no Apple watch gift please.

No. The pocket-watch, my BlackBerry, is superior in this case to the wrist-watch.

I don't see any reason to get one. Maybe in a couple of years if the Apple Watch 2 or 3 has a decent battery life, GPS, and I see it is actually useful for something, I might reconsider.

Nope. I have enough distractions with my iphone, no need for another device telling me something is up.

Yes, if I want my Apple stock to do well.

No, if I have to switch my mechanical watch to my other wrist.

No way.

I am all for new technology, but smart watches never made sense to me. They are a fad, nothing more.
