The name doesn't matter as long as it had AD name and date on it. My 116710 warranty had the name area blank and RSC accepted it with no questions.

Same here. The name on the warranty card is left blank and RSC accepted it for a free polish when it was under warranty.

It's annoying that they misspelled your name but it makes no difference as the warranty is for the watch, not the owner.

AFAIK Rolex won't issue a new card. I'm afraid you're stuck with it.

Perhaps they will; customer service is still important to some Dealers.

But there aren't any laws or requirements that will force them to do more than just write a correction over top. Annoying, yes, impact - none.

You might get a new receipt but you won't get a new warranty card.

Sadly, you're right that it's the AD's mistake but not Rolex SA's mistake. Rolex SA will not reissue a new card. Many have tried but to my knowledge no one has ever gotten a replacement card. Ever. If you're going to insist on it, then I'm afraid you'll have to return the watch and just buy another.

I agree and think you should definitely give the watch back.

Your title and plenty of other words in your post/posts are misspelled and grammatically challenged; many members are getting a bit of a chuckle from your rants.. It's hard to take your thread seriously.

Wow. Take a deep breath in, mate.
You won't last out the day on TRF with such a nasty attitude.
Oh, and learn to spell. It's none too difficult with spellcheck and all

You would do well to think before you type. I've corrected.

You have your answer.
