1680 white dial opinions
Hi, I've been looking for a very good Mk1 Dial and may have found one on the web, anyone got anything bad or good to say about it, check the partial hole on the backplate...is this normal?
TIA |

The dial is authentic if that's what you're worried about.
But there seems to be some scratches and scuffs on the dial itself, which can be seen when you tilt the dial to the light. Keep in mind that some of these scuffs might go away under the crystal... unless you look for it.

Thanks, yeah I'm just trying to make sure its authentic.
Looks nice to me, but I don't want to make another novice mistake :) My 1680 Mk 1 has lost a little trit from the 1 hour plot (this, my previous mistake) I didn't notice it on purchase so guess I had "goaline blindness" and ever since i did notice it, its really bugged me. This dial might be a fix? cheers again |

Yes, any competent watchmaker can replace the dial for you.
